Roman Ogee

It is a decorative stone edge used on granite, marble, or quartz countertops.
It features an “S”-shaped profile, combining a concave curve and a convex curve.
This shape creates a classic and elegant finish, often associated with luxurious or traditional-style kitchens.

Pencil

It is a countertop edge where the top corner of the stone receives a small rounding, similar to the tip of a pencil — which is why it is called a pencil edge.
